To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
Orders can only be cancelled by customers before the order has been delivered. HK$20 admin and handling charges apply for any cancellation except out of stock orders and waiting time is more than 2 weeks.
That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
We would accept return/exchange within 7 days after order is shipped for the reason of product quality problem.
Please contact the customer services center for details and MUST provide the original receipt / delivery invoices.
Return/refund reasons will be required for the return/refund process.
If customers are not able to provide the mentioned documents, return/refund may be rejected.
Only one return/exchange will be accepted for one purchase.
The following cases will not accept the service of returns and refund or returns and exchange:
· The product receipt period has been more than 7 days.
· The product has been unsealed or has been used (for example, a tape or box is torn off).
· The product is unpackaged, damaged or incomplete.
· Do not accept returns for any discounted items, clearance, or limited sales.
· Any freebies
