1.HOW CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

Log into your account and select“Orders”under “Account” for a list of previous orders. Click“View for the order you wish to track; This will display your order details including the status and order details. Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been processed

 

2.CAN I STILL SHOP ONLINE IF I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND I DO NOT WISH TO SETUP ONE?

Yes, you can still make payment by credit card as a guest or through bank transfer. You may also order through telephone. For other payment method, please contact our customer service on Ph: 2369 6623 or shop at our official store (please refer to “Contact Us” page for store details).

 

3.DO I HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER TO PLACE AN ORDER ?

If you are new to Family Fun, you can still place an order as a non-member. If you made a purchase over $500 in one transaction, you will be upgrade to ECO membership and can enjoy our member price. For further details, please refer to “Membership discount & upgrade” page.

 

4.CAN I ORDER COOKERHOOD ONLINE?

Sure! We do accept cooker hood order online. After your order is placed, we will contact you through telephone in order to double confirm the details and the inventory. You are also welcome to shop at our official store or contact our customer service on Ph: 2369 6623 for phone ordering (please refer to “Contact Us” page for store details).

 

5. HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?

Browse through the different Categories by using the top menu navigation under“Our Products”or use the search function on the top right of our website by keywords.

 

6.HOW DO I ADD A PRODUCT TO MY Basket?

Click on the product you like, select a colour or size (if applicable) and add the quantity (number of items) you would like. Click Add to Cart.

 

7.HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

• After you have added your favorite items to your “Carts”, proceed by clicking on the “Checkout”

• Review your items - ensure that you have selected the correct size, colour and quantity

• Select Delivery & Payment Method

• Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button
• Double confirm your information and other details
• Tick to agree the shop's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

• Click “Validate Order”

• We will contact you for delivery once payment is confirmed. Now sit back and wait just a few days to receive your order!

 

8. I FORGOT MY PASSORD, WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

If you don't know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link at the top right hand corner of page and then click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we will send you another. Remember to copy and paste the temporary password, as it is case sensitive.

 

9.CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. You can change the delivery address on the order confirmation page when you check out. You can also add delivery address on your Address Book under My Account. Please note that we do require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. 

 

10. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I CLICK SUBMIT? Unfortunately no orders can be changed once you click submit. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, send it back to us for an exchange or take it into your nearest Family Fun store with proof of purchase within 7 days after delivery (Please check on “Contact us” page for our store location). We only exchange unused product with its original packaging.

 

11. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order. You will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. Check delivery times depending on where you live and our staff will contact you for delivery date and time. You can also track your order progress online after login.

 

12. IS IT SAFE TO SHOP AT FAMILY FUN ONLINE?

Our Family Fun Online Store meets the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure, to keep user communications, identity, and web browsing private. We use Paypal as payment method to ensure that your purchases are 100% secure. For more information on this technology, please visit www.paypal.com

15. WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) THAT I HAVE ORDERED IS/ARE OUT OF STOCK?

Stocks are subject to availability. Our staff will contact you for the waiting time if your favorite product(s) are out of stock. Order can be cancelled with no extra charge if the waiting time is more than 2 weeks.

 

16. ARE THE PRICES ONLINE THE SAME IN STORE?

We endeavor to keep our prices consistent throughout our stores and online. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available when purchasing online. These promotions will only apply to online orders unless otherwise stated.
